The Furniture Bonus is in effect for the entire calendar year 2022, therefore valid for expenses incurred from January 1 to December 31 inclusive.
In detail, the following purchases can be deducted:
- Armchairs
- Sofas (including sofa beds)
- Ottomans

- Lamps
To access the tax deduction the necessary condition is that these furnishings are intended for a property undergoing building renovation. Renovation refers to extraordinary maintenance, restoration, building renovation, reconstruction, or restoration of a property damaged by calamities.
The replacement of the boiler, installation or integration of a heat pump air conditioning system, a pellet stove, or systems equipped with heat generators powered by combustible biomass entitles you to the Furniture Bonus.
