How renovation tax deductions
work

Since January 1, 2022, tax deductions for renovations allow you to deduct 50% of expenses incurred, with a maximum limit of €96,000.

The deduction is spread over 10 equal annual installments directly on the IRPEF.

Recovered in 10 years: €25,000 (€2,500/year)

Eligible Interventions

The Renovation Bonus deductions cover a wide range of work, both on individual homes and on common condominium areas.
