There are additional incentives for those who choose to rely on the latest advancements in home automation. Let&#8217;s see in detail what they are.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-domotica-e-l-ecobonus\">Home Automation and the Ecobonus<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>The 2022 Budget Law has extended the<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/domidea-ristrutturazioni.it\/riqualificazione-energetica-ecobonus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tax breaks provided by the Ecobonus<\/a><em>.<\/em> This is excellent news because it will be possible to benefit from the tax breaks related to the Ecobonus for expenses incurred until December 31, 2024. <strong>The Ecobonus includes various home automation interventions<\/strong>, such as the installation and operation of digital devices to improve system efficiency and rationalize energy consumption.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Which Home Automation Interventions are Included in the Ecobonus?<\/h2>\n\n<p>You can access the tax incentives provided by the Ecobonus through the installation and operation of all those devices that serve to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Optimize domestic climate control<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control heating systems remotely<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adjust fixtures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regulate lighting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produce hot water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The Ecobonus also includes the facilitation of electrical and masonry works to install and operate &#8220;<em>building automation<\/em>&#8221; systems for thermal plants.<\/strong> These systems allow the user to turn on, off, and program the systems even remotely. They must also quantify energy consumption precisely and clearly, regularly providing data on the use of domestic utilities. In case of malfunctions or potential issues, these devices must also provide a clear and detailed diagnostic overview of the incident.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The Ecobonus provides a 65% tax deduction for the purchase of remote control devices for climate control. <\/strong>The 65% deduction on the incurred expense will then be divided into 10 equal annual installments, without a defined spending cap. The maximum deduction applicable to the installation of <em>building automation<\/em> systems is \u20ac15,000. <\/p>\n\n<p>It is important to remember that, although the expenses for the purchase, installation, and operation of these systems are deductible, <strong>the expenses for devices that allow remote interaction with these systems, namely smartphones, tablets, and computers, are not deductible.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who Can Benefit from the Ecobonus Tax Deductions for Home Automation?<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>The Ecobonus for home automation works is available to anyone who owns the property subject to intervention, in any capacity, whether residents or not.<\/strong> It is also valid for business income holders who own the property subject to work in any capacity, including individuals, including those engaged in arts and professions, professional associations, taxpayers with business income, public and private entities that do not engage in commercial activities.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Documents are Required?<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The certification of a qualified technician<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The information sheet of the interventions carried out<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The energy performance certificate, APE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Within 90 days of the completion of the work, it is necessary to electronically transmit to ENEA the data of the energy performance certificate and the information sheet of the interventions carried out<\/strong>, by filling out the online form on the <em>ENEA<\/em> website.
