This renovation bonus is only recognized for taxpayers who carry out <g id=\"gid_2\">extraordinary maintenance work<\/g> in condominiums or single buildings. You can choose to receive <g id=\"gid_3\">a discount of equal amount on the invoice<\/g> applied directly by the supplier up to the <g id=\"gid_4\">maximum limit of 96,000 euros<\/g>. <g id=\"gid_5\">How does it work in practice?<\/g> The invoice discount allows you to pay only 50% of the total expense instead of waiting 10 years to recover 50% through tax deductions. For example, if you undertake a <a title=\"Home Renovation\" href=\"https:\/\/domidea-ristrutturazioni.it\/progetti-ristrutturazione-casa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">home renovation<\/a> that costs 20,000 Euros, which entitles you to a 50% deduction, you will pay 10,000 Euros to the supplier. <strong><u>This way, the client immediately saves 50% of the renovation cost.<\/u><\/strong> <strong>When can the invoice discount be applied?<\/strong>   <\/p><ul><li>when the property to be renovated is located in Italy<\/li><li>when it&#8217;s a renovation of an existing
